Email Delivery & Whitelisting
Anaxa sends verification codes and notifications from send.mail.anaxa.au. If your organisation uses an email security gateway, your IT administrator may need to whitelist our sending domain so emails are not blocked or quarantined.

Authentication
MailGuard is widely used by Australian businesses and MSPs. Ask your IT administrator or managed service provider to add our domain to the allow list.
- 1Log in to the MailGuard Management Console (admin.mailguard.com.au).
- 2Navigate to Email Security → Allow List (or Whitelist, depending on version).
- 3Click "Add Rule" and select "Sender Domain" as the rule type.
- 4Enter send.mail.anaxa.au as the domain and save.
- 5Optionally, also add [email protected] as a trusted sender address.
- 6Check the quarantine for any previously blocked Anaxa emails and release them.
If your organisation's MailGuard is managed by an MSP (managed service provider), you may need to contact them directly to make this change.
Still not receiving emails?
If you've whitelisted our domain and still aren't receiving verification emails, try these steps:
- Check your Spam / Junk folder and quarantine.
- Search for emails from [email protected] in all folders.
- Ask your IT admin to check the email gateway logs for blocked messages from send.mail.anaxa.au.
- Try using a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook.com) to verify — you can change your email later in Settings.
- If none of the above works, contact our technical support team below.
